Tom Brady Watches 9 Alarm Fire In Boston (Photo)

It was a tragic day today in the city of Boston, almost one year following the horror of the Boston Marathon attacks. I’d liked to take some time to remember the lives of two fallen heroes: Firefighter Michael R. Kennedy and Lieutenant Edward J. Walsh. These men could’ve worked any other job in the world, but they chose to put their own lives on the line for a living. That is being a true hero. Eighteen firefighters were also hospitalized.

New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady, who lives in the same area of Boston witnessed the heroic Boston Fire Department battle the furious blaze.

Tom Brady posted the following on his facebook page: “On behalf of my entire family, I want to extend my deepest sympathies and condolences to the Boston Fire Department and the families of our brave and selfless firefighters who gave their lives for our protection and safety today, and to the entire firefighting community who protect us each and every day. All of you will be in our thoughts and prayers.”!/TomBrady
